Flat roofs get a bad name because of bad installs. A properly specified flat roof is a twenty to thirty year component. The difference is in the prep, the falls, and the detailing around upstands.

How we do this job properly.
EPDM rubber
A one piece sheet bonded to the deck. No seams on most garage and extension sizes, no felt to crack, no hot work on your property. Good for thirty years plus when installed on a sound deck with correct upstands.
GRP fibreglass
Glass matting bedded in resin and topcoated, fully bonded to a new ply deck. Seamless, hard wearing, and a clean finish for dormers, balconies and modern flat roof extensions. Trims in dark grey, black or white to suit the building.
Torch on felt
Three layer SBS felt for larger commercial flat roofs where budget drives the spec. Laid properly with primer, vents and a mineral cap sheet. It still has a place, and it still performs when it's done right.

Which system is best for a garage roof?
We'll recommend the right system once we've seen the roof. EPDM and GRP both have their place, the choice comes down to the building, the budget and how the roof will be used.
Can you replace a felt roof that's been patched too many times?
Yes. We strip back, make good anything underneath that needs attention, and install the new system.
Do you do commercial flat roofs?
Smaller commercial jobs yes. Shops, offices, light industrial up to a reasonable size. Ask and we'll be straight about whether we're the right people for it.
